The laws of the Sweden shall govern these Terms of Use. Any dispute relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall be resolved solely in the finally settled by a Court of Arbitration to be convened at Stockholm Sweden applying Swedish law but excluding the conflict of law regulations. The Court of Arbitration shall consist of one (1) arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be a fully qualified lawyer. The Court of Arbitration shall act on the basis of the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris.
